Once the conditions have been met that a part has to be ordered, the part goes into a queue. Once an hour, for each standard location (ATS and Customer) a job runs to automatically create requisitions for any of those parts. This job runs at 15 minutes past the hour for the ATS location, and at 45 min past the hour for the Customer location.
We have several sites that use non-standard locations, e.g. Cust-1, etc. Those will never be picked up in the standard Refill to Targets job. In these cases, the SCS would manually run the job from the Logistics Manager. You can also run Refill to Targets any time you need a Requisition generated and you do not want to wait.
Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. From the Main Menu in the CLIENT, go to Inventory > Logistics > Logistics Manager.

2. From the menu on the left-hand side, click on Refill to Targets.
3. Enter your ST# in the To Place field.
4. Enter your location in the To Location field.
5. Click Submit. (Enter does not work.)

6. A confirmation message will tell you that the job is processing. Note the Run Log Id.
7. Click OK.

8. Go to File > Run Log.

9. Enter the run log id and hit the green magnifying glass.
10. If Requisitions were created, it will say so in the Run Status Description.
If the description is blank, it means nothing was created.
If there are errors, you must research and fix the problem, and run refill to targets again, or wait for it to run automatically.
To speed things up, you can save a Template for the Refill to Targets function.
11. Enter your Place ID and Location.
12. Instead of hitting Submit, click the Green Template Button.
13. Choose Save As from the menu options.

14. Enter a title, starting with your four digit site number, followed by the location.
15. Do NOT make Public.
17. When you want to run Refill to Targets the next time, click the Template button, choose the Saved search and then Select.

18. The fields will populate, and you just hit Submit.
