There may be times when you need a PM or PdM to generate right away, so you will want to create it in the CLIENT. One example of when this might happen is when your predictive kits arrive earlier than expected, or if you have made an important change to the template and need the Tech to execute the PM with those instructions. In these cases, you can create a MPRO Workorder in the CLIENT.
1. From the Main Menu, go to Service > Work Order.

2. Click the New button, or the blue hyperlink in the middle of the page.
3. Enter the Description from the Task Template you will be using.
4. Enter your ST# in the Place ID field.
5. Click on the drop down arrow under work order type. Choose MPRO-Proactive Maintenance as the type.

6. Click on the magnifying glass at the far right of the Equipment search field.
If you want to look for just sub-locations or just machines, you can narrow your selection by using the drop-down in the equipment group.
