Step by Step Instructions

1. EFP 3 Client installed on all Planner/Scheduler, Supply Chain Specialist and Site Manager Computers.

2. Time scheduled to review customer portal and provide login information to customer.

3. Customer portal link added to customer’s start/hub page.

4. Techs know to stop using SAP at 11PM (your local time).

5. Techs working during cutover understand when to use new system (12:01AM).

6. Techs working during cutover understand how to get to new system (tech.efactorypro.com).

7. Techs know where to find how-to/self-help guides (knowledge.efactorypro.com).

8. Help and Support - 1.800.662.4001 or the ATS Service Desk
