This can be created in either the Technician Portal or the CLIENT. These instructions will cover creation in the Tech Portal.
Step by Step Instructions
1. Click the Create Work Order Button.
2. Choose EV-Event for the Type of work.
3. Enter the appropriate priority.
4. Select the appropriate piece of T&D Equipment.
Adjust the Operating Status if necessary.
5. The default team for the machine is listed.
If a different team is performing the work, select the other team from the drop down.
6. Assign a Technician if you know who will do the work.
This keeps the Task from having to be assigned by the Planner Scheduler.
7. Add Description including Tool and Die Change Over and anything else needed to describe the work.
This is a 256 Character field.
8. Click the Green Circle with the Checkmark to submit.
A confirmation message appears showing your Work order Number.
9. Click the View button.
You are now in the Task Summary screen for the work Order.
10. Click the Edit Button on the bottom of the Task Summary Screen.
11. Click the Task Subtypes field and select "Change Over" from the drop-down.
12. Click Save.
The Task/Work Order is now ready to be worked on.
