Below outlines important information to aid in the transition from 2.0 to 3.0.
1. Cutover/Go-Live
At 12:01AM local time you will cutover to eFactory Pro Portal.
Customers will not be able to log in to eFP 2.0.
You will not be able to create Work Orders, Purchase Orders, or any other new data in eFP 2.0.
Site leadership will be able to view historical data in SAP (SAPGUI and 2..0 portal).

3. ATS Portal Access
Go to https://technician.efactorypro.com (in Internet Explorer 11).
Username: your ATS email address ([email protected]).
Password: your ATS email password (this is the same as your Intranet password and ATS network password).
4. Customer Portal Access
Go to https://cust.efactorypro.com (Internet Explorer 11).
Username: ATS Site Number (example: 763)
Password: City Name (example: Chicago) (the first letter is capitalized)
