Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. From the home screen of the Tech Portal left click the 3-line User Icon.
2. Select Install Client.
If a user does not have permission the Install Client bar will NOT be clickable. You do not need Admin permissions to install the CLIENT, but you must have a NAMED license. Please contact your system administrator to get proper permissions.

3. Run the executable file from the lower left corner of the browser to install.

4. Program will install.

5. Click the Use Windows Authentication button. Sign in with your normal ID and Password.

6. The CLIENT icon will populate in your Downloads Folder. To create a desk top icon > right click and select Send To > Desktop (create short cut.)
