Welcome to the eFACTORYPRO Technician Portal series of courses. The EFP Technician Portal, or Tech Portal, is an interface that is utilized by all roles -- Technicians, Supervisors, Supply Chain Specialists, Customers, and Planner Schedulers. Through the Tech Portal, work orders and tasks are created, Technicians assigned, parts ordered, equipment malfunctions logged, and more. These courses include:

After successful completion of the EFP Tech Portal courses, you will be able to:
