T3. Course Introduction

In this course, you will learn the various elements to creating a Work Order and Task in the Tech Portal. Upon creation, Tasks and Work Orders start out with a 1/1 ratio (there is one Task to each Work Order.) However, follow-up tasks can be added, so you could end up with multiple Tasks on a Work Order. All entries/changes will be at the Task level.

Throughout the course, there are three Practice Sessions to review what you have learned.
