Log into the Customer Portal Training Environment: https://cust.efactorypro.com. Your login is 493 and the Password is Peoria.

1. Create Work Order Reporting an Equipment Malfunction.

Click the Create Work Order Button.

The default is to YES for "Are you reporting an equipment issue?" Leave it at yes.

Leave the toggle at NO for the question "Is anyone in danger or at risk of injury?"

Leave the toggle at NO for the question "Is this an emergency?"

In the Problem Description enter "Bearings are starting to wear, replace tonight after shift"

Click NEXT.

Enter "conveyor" in the equipment search and select one of the options.

Leave the equipment in the status it is currently in. Do not enter a malfunction start time. Click NEXT.

No additional notes are needed. Click NEXT.

Enter your first and last name. If you'd like to see the notification that is sent, enter your email address as well. Click Submit.

2. Create WO that is NOT Reporting an Equipment Issue but it is Safety Related.

Click Create Work Order.

Move the toggle to NO for "Are you reporting an equipment issue?"

Move the toggle to YES for the question "Is anyone in danger or at risk of injury?"

Move the toggle to YES for the question "Is this an emergency?"

Enter "Water spill on floor in Assembly area" in the Sub-Location search and select one of the two options. Click NEXT.

Enter "Please bring safety cones" in the Additional Notes. Click NEXT.

Enter your First and Last Name, plus your email if you'd like to receive a notification. Click Submit.
