P/S06. Knowledge Check

In this Knowledge Check simulation, you will be working in the Portal to identify a PM Tasks that are Not Complete and Not Compliant, Complete but Not Compliant, and Complete and Compliant. In order to be considered Complete AND Compliant, the final Labor entry for the PM must be entered into the system WITHIN the date range of the Compliance Window. A PM can be Complete but not Compliant, if the last Labor entry is within the same month of the Compliance Window.

Follow the checklist to click through the simulation. To begin, you have been logged into the Tech Portal with the default screen of All Open PMs.

1. Highlight Task #970668.

When was this PM finished? Was it before the PM Compliance Start Date? After the PM Compliance Date? Is this PM considered Complete? Compliant? Complete but Not Compliant? or Not Complete AND Not Compliant?

The final Labor stamp is entered and the PM is completed BEFORE the compliance date starts. This PM is Non-Compliant. Not complete.
