Log into the CLIENT using Windows authentication, with your normal USER ID. You must use Site 0493 (ST0000105678) for all your exercises. Note: If you do not have access to this site, please contact the Help Desk before continuing.

Do NOT use your Site Production account to Practice! Site 0493 is specifically designed for you to be able to play around in, make mistakes and learn without any consequences to REAL data. A simple call to the Help Desk at 1-800-662-4001 can get you added to Site 0493.

1. Go to All Open PMs in the Portal.

Find a PM, that if you completed it today, it would be in Compliance.

Enter labor, notes, and steps.

Add a follow-up task to the work order before completing the PM.

Was the follow-up work on the same piece of equipment as the original Task? _____________ Did it have to be? __________

What Compliance Dates are associated with the Follow-up Task? ____________ to __________.

Can you complete the original Task/Work now while the Follow-up Task is open? ___________

If you have to wait til the follow-up task can be closed, will that affect your Compliance/Completion Metrics on the original Task?

2. Create a Project Task in the Portal and mark it Proactive with the Proactive Toggle.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Task Summary Page.

What Compliance Date, if any, is associated with this Task? ____________

3. Meet with your Site Manager and have him/her show you last month's performance in Power BI.

What was your Proactive Percentage? ___________________

What was your PM/PdM percentage? ____________________

What is the difference between the two charts? _____________

What can you do to increase your PM/PdM percentage?

What does your PM Compliance look like? ___________________

What about PM Completion? __________________________________

Do you have OPMs at your site? _______________________________

Look at the Failure Analysis Report. Are PMs being completed on your machines that are failing the most often?

Look up the Task Templates for those machines. Do the steps on the Task Templates address the causes of the Failures?

4. When is the next time your site is scheduled for a PdM kit? ______________________

What PdM Templates to you have at your site? ________________________________

Create any that are missing.

What is the plan to make sure that all the work that comes from the initial route counts toward your PM/PdM Metric and your Balanced Scorecard MPRO Percentage? ________________________________________________________________________
