PM Plans - Hold process for Planned Shut Down

Updated on

Previously this was a rather lengthy process while we were still working PMs in the Client. Now that all PMs are done in the Planner Portal this process will be done manually.

In this process, we will simply inactive a PM until it is ready to start up again.

2. Select the PM PLANS button.

Planning - Google Chrome

Here the user will have to go to each PM manually and select it to make it INACTIVE. Here is how the user will mark these as so.

3. Select EDIT on the PM line.

4. Select the ACTIVE toggle to make it INACTIVE.

5. Select SAVE.

6. User will get a notification that the PM has been updated.

Planning - Google Chrome

7. The line is now INACTIVE. It will show as grayed out in the grid.

8. Another way to INACTIVATE is to simply select the check box of the line in the grid...

9. Then select the INACTIVATE button.

10. User will get a pop up confirmation. Select YES.

Planning - Google Chrome

11. This will render it INACTIVE and will show as grayed out in the grid.

At this point the PM is not able to be selected and will NOT regenerate. Once the shut down has concluded these PMs will have to be manually ACTIVATED again.
