Mobile App -  As a Customer, how do I add/edit/delete a Note to a Task?

Adding a Note-

1. From the home screen of the mobile app navigate to your task and select it.

2. Select the Notes icon.

3. The customer may see other Notes if they have been put in. From here select either + sign to add a note.

4. Select the appropriate Line Code.

5. Enter a note.

6. Select OK.

7. The new Note is now populated.

Editing a Note-

Editing a note can ONLY be done by the person who put that Note in originally. If you are not that person you will only have READ access to that note. In the case of the customer you are using the same log in. So anyone using that site log in will be able to delete a note entered from that log in.

8. To edit a note that you made, navigate to your note and select it.

9. Make changes to the Line Code and/or the Note.

10. Select Yes.

11. The note will now be updated.

Deleting a Note -

It is important to remember that as a customer you will be able to see ALL notes, but ONLY delete the Notes that have been entered under the Customer log in.

12. To delete a note use your finger and slide the note live to the left. This will expose the delete button.

13. Select DELETE.

14. Confirm the note deletion.
