Mobile App -  As a Customer, how can I view what progress has been made on my Work Orders?

Once your work order has been created, a number is assigned and given to you for your reference.

Most of the time, you won't be going to that Work Order (WO) immediately to check on its progress.  Here's how you can find it when you come back later.  

1. From the home screen, click on the WO tab or the Work Orders tab at the bottom.

2. Once the user has found the desired Work Order number select that WO line.

3. The Work Order icon screen will populate. Here the user can select the Summary icon and the default view will be the Details view.

4. The user will then select the TASK tab and will be able to see the Task or Tasks associated with that Work Order.

5. You can select the Task line you want to know more about.

6. This will take the user to the Icon Screen of that Task and now all the information/progress is easily available.
