Response Time: The time, in minutes, that it takes the Technicians to respond to “Breakdown” work orders.

Response time is calculated by the following formula:

The Trend Chart displays the average response time, in minutes, by month for the past 13 months.

The Pareto Chart displays the top assets having the worst Response Time, in minutes, during the previous 6-months. Assets listed on the Pareto chart may be good candidates to perform additional analysis to determine the reason for the elevated response times.

This standard chart will also have a section for action items. This section will identify the actions, owners, and due dates for action plans that will be executed to improve performance. The development of the action item section should be coordinated by the P/S and jointly developed by the Team Leads, Site Supervisors, and the Site Manager. The Site Manager is ultimately responsible for the completion, quality, and conformance to the action items identified.
