DOCUMENTS
There are a number of documents and videos to train you on virtually every aspect of eFACTORYPRO. It is the job of the IT Training team to produce up to date content as new functionality is released with the software. Documentation can be found in the EFP Wiki. If you are in the EFP Work Module, the WIKI can be accessed by going to Links and selecting the eFactoryPro Wiki from the drop down menu. It will be at the very bottom.

If you find a document that is out of date, or you have questions after reading a document, please leave a note in the comment section. Those notes come straight to the Training Team. We will either answer your question or fix the mistake so that the document is clearer for the next person.
VIDEO
Videos are housed on an internal sharepoint page. So you will need to be logged in to see them. These videos will often also be attached or embedded in the documents as well. To access the EFP videos, follow the instructions below:
Users can get to these videos through the links in the eFactoryPro Wiki. Each section will have a VIDEOS tile to select. Of course users can also bookmark the specific video pages once they have navigated to them.
COURSES
There are courses for most of the site roles in Cornerstone. This coursework is automatically assigned to new hires on the 5th day of their employment, but can also be requested at any time by an employee.
Please note, the EFP Training has an integration with another program, so before it can be activated, it must be approved by a member of the IT Training Team. This is because it must be activated in a different software. If you find it has been more than a day and the course is still "Pending Approval", please reach out to Renee Poltrak, Lorena Olivas, or Ryan Prouty to have it processed.
To do this, the employee would simply "Search for Training" or "Browse for Training" in Cornerstone.
There are a number of ways to access Cornerstone. Please use whichever is easiest for you.
- You can go to the ATS Home Hub SharePoint Site HERE. Then scroll down to the Quick Links at the bottom and choose Cornerstone Training System.
- You can log into Workday, and from the home page choose "Learning" from the Applications menu on the right.
- You can go to the Training SharePoint Site HERE and click on Cornerstone.
1. Log into Cornerstone. If you're not already there, click on home in the upper left, and then choose welcome from the drop-down.
2. In the upper right corner, you will find the box to request training.
3. Enter EFP in the search field and click on the magnifying glass to search.
4. A new screen populates with the results.
5. Click on the Curriculum button in the training type. This will filter your search to just the curriculum.
By default you will see the EFP Curriculum in all languages. If you want to see only the Curriculum that is produced in English, click the REFINE SEARCH hyperlink just under the text box. From there, you will be able to customize the languages to remove all but "English" - This will show you only the content that has been developed in English.
6. Click on the title from the list to select the desired curriculum .
7. In the far right corner, there is a button to request. Click that.
8. The status is updated to Pending Approval.
The content for this training is housed in another program, so you need to be registered in that software for the content to work.
9. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email from ScreenSteps alerting you that you have been enrolled.
10. You will also receive an email from Cornerstone confirming your enrollment.
There could be up to a half an hour delay between these two emails.
11. The curriculum will show in your Cornerstone transcript.
You can access this through your inbox or the My Training window.
12. Proceed through the training as you would with any of the other EFP Courses.
