It is very easy to download and print a Manual from the WIKI. Keep in mind that as the software updates, so do the articles. Your printed manual may quickly become outdated. However, if you are at a site with very poor internet connectivity, downloading the manual may be helpful for easy access.
1. Go to knowledge.efactorypro.com.
2. Click on the Manual you want to access. In this example, we want to go to the Tech Portal Documentation.
3. Click on the Generate Manual PDF in the right column.
A circular icon will tell you that the process is working.
4. Once finished, the Generate PDF will be replaced with Download Manual PDF. Click that.
5. How the manual opens depends on the Internet Browser you are using. It may automatically be saved into your download folder or it may just open.
6. Right click on the manual and choose Save As. Choose a destination and name.
From here you can print or access it from your computer.
