Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
The language that the EFP Portal is displayed in is set by the Web Browser's language settings.
Internet Explorer
1. Click on the Gear in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Internet Options from the drop-down.
3. Under the General Tab, click the Languages button.
4. Click Set Language Preferences.
5. If Spanish is not already in your list, you must add it. Click Add a Language.
6. Find the Espanol/Spanish Group
7. Find Español (Mexico)
8. Double click on the language to add it to your list.
9. Highlight the row with that language.
10. Click the Move Up button.
11. Spanish is now on top and will be your default language.
Close out of all the dialogue windows you have open from adjusting the language settings.
12. Press Control + Shift + Delete at the same time to clear your cache. Press the Delete Button. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom.
13. Hit F5 or the Refresh icon at the end of the URL to refresh your screen. The Portal will now be displayed in Spanish.
