How do I submit a Ticket via the Self-Service Portal?

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have an ATS company login and device.

This training will show you how to submit a ticket via the self-service portal.

1. Click on the Home Hub link below and navigate to the Self-Service Request Portal link at the bottom of the page or click on the Self-Service Portal link and navigate to the Self-Service Request Portal.

To start a ticket off choose from one of the three categories:

2. Report an Issue.

3. Request a Service.

4. View Solution.

5. Users will have different templates to choose from depending on which box above they chose.

6. Fill out everything on the chosen template.

Please be sure to populate the required fields labeled with a red asterisk. Remember, every template will look different.

7. Select Add Request at the bottom of the page.

8. The user will get a confirmation message.

User selects View Request they will be shown their request.

9. Once back at the users home screen they can see under My Summary the status of that request.
