Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have an ATS company login and device.
This training will show you how to submit a ticket via the self-service portal.
1. Click on the Home Hub link below and navigate to the Self-Service Request Portal link at the bottom of the page or click on the Self-Service Portal link and navigate to the Self-Service Request Portal.
To start a ticket off choose from one of the three categories:
2. Report an Issue.
3. Request a Service.
4. View Solution.
6. Fill out everything on the chosen template.
Please be sure to populate the required fields labeled with a red asterisk. Remember, every template will look different.
8. The user will get a confirmation message.
User selects View Request they will be shown their request.
