What information comes over from Workday into the Schedule Board in the Planner Portal?
Updated onArticleTechnician hours will be loaded into Schedule Board through an Integration with Workday. This originally happens on a Sunday afternoon. Basically speaking, this is just to front-load hours, so that the Planner/Scheduler can schedule the week to 100% of the weekly available hours, and then will be used again when the supervisor does the daily scheduling.

My site doesn't use Workday. How can I populate a Work Schedule in the Control Center for the Daily Scheduling function of the Planner Portal?
Updated onArticleMexico doesn't use Workday for its timekeeping systems. Therefore, in order to populate the hours in the Scheduling Portal (both the total hours by skillset in the Period Capacity and the hours by a technician for the Daily Capacity scheduling), you must use the Work Schedule Option in the Control Center to load the hours.
