This is how to download and save the spreadsheet for printing off and sending in to have the fixed items removed on the ZUNMATCHED and ZPARKED reports.
1. Go to the Purchasing SharePoint.
2. Click on the circle in front of the report to highlight.
3. RIGHT CLICK on the three vertical dots.
4. Choose Download.
5. If you have clicked the circle in front of the report name (as in #2), you may also see a Download option in the header.
6. Either way, the report will download. Go to your download files to open and edit as needed.
