As always, there has been a ton of work done to support future releases.  We are waiting to communicate those until the entire functionality can be released at once.

You may have already noticed but there is a new log in screen for EFP! The top portion will be used for customer log in (for example 493 and Peoria). Current ATS employees will utilize the 'Continue with ATS Employee Login' button.

Here are the items being released in this sprint:

Planner Portal

Safety Icon

As safety is a foundational pillar of our culture, we needed a way to have those tasks stand out for the P/S when scheduling.  If the safety flag is checked on a Work Order/Task, it is automatically Flagged as a Priority 1 - Emergency.    In this release, we have added a safety icon to the Period Capacity Grid, and made it filterable.

The safety Icon will also show in the Daily Capacity Tile.

Another change is was made that affects when Tasks move from the Daily Capacity back to the Period Capacity.

There are two ways that things can be sent back to period capacity:

  1. Click the Send to Period Capacity Button if there is additional planning to be done.
  • When Tasks are moved backed to Period Capacity through the button, the Technician assigned through the Skillset assignment  and the schedule period are removed.

2.  When the period ends, if the task has not been reviewed, it will automatically move back to Period Capacity (alerting the Supervisor there is work still to be done.)

  • When Tasks are moved backed to Period Capacity automatically, the scheduling period and Technician are NOT removed until the P/S reschedules the task.

Don't forget, if you need to reschedule a P1/P2 break-in task that was not completed, you cannot schedule it for the current week in Period Capacity.  Go directly to the Daily Capacity view and reschedule it there!

We will be rolling out additional Planner Portal functionality in the upcoming weeks.  Our next release is tentatively scheduled for 2/8/2022.
