Microsoft has ended support for Internet Explorer. As a result, the eFactory Pro portal will also stop supporting functionality with use of IE. To ensure application optimization and performance when using the portal, the recommended default browsers are either Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
As always, there has been a ton of work done to support future releases. We are waiting to communicate those until the entire functionality can be released at once.
Tech Portal
Copying/Pasting Task and Work Order IDs in the panels section will now paste in as one number with no space. Even though there is a space in the Task/WO number it will paste as one number.
