Anytime you receive an error in the Portal, you now have a quick way to gather all the background data that the Support Team needs to troubleshoot your ticket. It's very easy. It's simply copying an ID and pasting it into a notepad, an email, or a my-E Ticket -- depending on the severity of your issue.

1. Error messages contain a unique identifier and a COPY ID Link underneath them, which allows you to get all the information for submission to the help desk. Click Copy ID.

2. Open Notepad on your computer and open a new note.
