How do I use the Copy ID function to streamline reporting errors to the Help Desk?

Anytime you receive an error in the Portal, you now have a quick way to gather all the background data that the Support Team needs to troubleshoot your ticket. It's very easy. It's simply copying an ID and pasting it into a notepad, an email, or a my-E Ticket -- depending on the severity of your issue.

2. Open Notepad on your computer and open a new note.

3. Paste the copied ID into the notepad and Save.

4. Submit your ticket following the Escalation process below.
