Microsoft has ended support for Internet Explorer. As a result, the eFactory Pro portal will also stop supporting functionality with use of IE. To ensure application optimization and performance when using the portal, the recommended default browsers are either Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
As always, there has been a ton of work done to support future releases. We are waiting to communicate those until the entire functionality can be released at once.
Tech Portal
The My Schedule screen of the Technician portal will now sort the tasks and display them based on the task priority and equipment criticality.
Example:
- Task 1 - Priority 1, Criticality 1
- Task 2 - Priority 1, Criticality 2
- Task 3 - Priority 1, Criticality 3
- Task 4 - Priority 2, Criticality 1
- Task 5 - Priority 2, Criticality 2 and goes on
Tasks should be sorted left to right, top to bottom.
Planner Portal
Tasks must have at least one skillset in order to be considered "planned." The planning wizard will not allow a task to be considered planned (and able to be moved to Period Capacity) without a skill set attached to it.
