Allow Sublocations to have Labor Added after Task Complete for Supervisors

Task Assigned to Different Scheduling Period setting Status Reason to Unassigned

Vacation time isn’t able to be overridden on the work schedule screen

Approve button is covering the Re-Open button when user hover-over

When trying to assign a Job Plan to a task that is not associated with the equipment error is displayed on the console.

An error message is displayed on the console when trying to add a regular "Part Need" with the server has tomorrow's date.
