Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
There are times when you may not remember how to navigate to a screen using the menus in the client. There is a system search in the upper right corner that will take you to any screen that you have access to - without having to know the specific navigation path.
1. Go to the system search.
2. To some extent, you must know what you are looking for. For example, Goods and Services is often referred to as GNS. If I type in "good" and click on the tab that comes up, I will see only the GNS IDs.
3. Instead, type GNS.
4. You can see one of your options is PO GNS Receipt. By clicking on that it will take you to the PO GNS Receipt screen.
5. Keep in mind that if there are multiple screens that contain the same word, you will see all those options.
Simply click on the option you want from the drop-down.
