This training will take you through how to find the Place ID for your site.
Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to EFACTORY PRO and the appropriate permissions to access the client. Client access roles are limited to maintenance support and supply chain roles. (Buyers and Supply Chain Specialist)
You'll often need to enter your Place ID in the CLIENT, also known as your ST# or Ship To address. Here's how to find it:
1. From the system search in the upper right hand corner, type places, and then click on the tab that comes up to load the page.
2. Expand the Red Chevron in the search field.
3. Under the General tab, enter your four-digit site number in the site field.
4. Click the green magnifying glass.
5. Your BT# (Bill To) and ST# (Ship To) will populate below.
6. Highlight the ST#. This is your Place ID.
You will want to copy this and keep it for easy reference.
