Is there an "undo" button in the CLIENT?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

There are times when you are working in the CLIENT where you don't have access to a delete or a cancel button, and you do not want to save the information you've just entered.  The closest thing to an UNDO button is the Refresh Arrow in the Upper right corner.

The easiest way to fix this issue is by using the refresh button in the upper right corner of the screen right under the system search.

1. Once you determine an error has been made, click the refresh arrow in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. A confirmation message will appear asking if you would like to save your data.  Choose NO.

You have made a mistake so choose NO to return to the original screen.

3. The system removes the mistake and returns you to your original transaction, or to the point of your last save.
