Task Summary in the mobile app

The task icon screen will be the default view when you enter  a task or create a work order. To view the Summary select that icon.

1. Name - this will be the name of the task (PM) or could also be the description of the task (MRCT).

2. Priority - will display what Priority was chosen. This can be changed through the summary edit.

1 - Emergency

2 - Urgent

3 - Normal

4 - Low

5 - Backlog

3. Status - this will be the current status of the TASK.

1 - In Progress

2 - Hold

3 - In Planning

4 - New

5 - Ready for Execution

4. Work Order Type - will display the type of Work Order created (MPRO, MRCT, MOTH).

5. Proactive Task - this will display if the WO creator marked this as a proactive task or not.

6. Task Type - will display the task type.

7. Subtypes - this will display any subtypes that were chosen. These can be added/changed through the summary edit.

8. Qualified Technician - this will indicate if this task requires a qualified tech to do the work.

9. Job Plan - will display the type of job. This is usually the same as the task type.

10. Planned task Duration - if the task is a PM this will display the time it should take to complete the maintenance.

11. Planned Start - if the task is in a PM this will display the start time as determined by the Planner/Scheduler. If it's an MRCT or MOTH task this will display one minute after task creation.

12. Compliance Start - if the Task is a PM this will show the date of when the work needs to start for the maintenance.

13. Compliance Finish - if the Task is a PM this will show the date of when the work needs to to finished for the maintenance.

14. Reason for Variance - this will list the reason if a PM has missed the window of the Compliance Start and End times.

15. Status Reason - will display the reason that status is where it is at currently. Can be left at N/A.

16. Assigned Technician - will display to what tech (can also say Unassigned) this task was assigned.

17. Assigned Team - will display to what team this task was assigned.

18. Regulatory - this will indicate if this task has any Federal, State or Local laws that need to be addressed.

19. Created - will display who created the task and the date they created it.

20. If any changes were made in the Task Summary the SAVE button will populate in the upper right corner. To save the changes select this SAVE button.

21. If the user is just viewing the task summary and NO changes are being made the SAVE button will be grayed out and not clickable.

At anytime the user can "pull down" on the task summary screen to refresh any changes that have been made.

22. User can also see a summary of the Work Order by selecting that tab.

Fields displayed are:

WO ID

STATUS

WO NAME

TYPE

PRIORITY

CREATED

LAST MODIFIED

23. Equipment summary is also available.

Fields displayed are:

EQUIPMENT

ASSET DESCRIPTION

SERIAL

COST CENTER

BUILDING LOCATION

SUB-LOCATION

OPERATING STATUS

MALFUNCTION TYPE

AFFECTED EQUIPMENT
