Frequently Asked Question re: Job Plans in the Planner Portal
When copying a Job Plan to your site, almost everything copies over from the original.
Steps, Task Duration, Attachments, Hyperlinks, and Summary Data including:
- Category: Blank, PD, or PM
- Sub-Types: Safety, OPM, Vendor Contract, etc.
- Description
- Meter Requirements
- Priority
- Regulatory and Qualified Tech
- as well as the Source Job Plan number.
Some things are automatically adapted to your site during the copy process:
- Team: Changes to the default team for your site (Site#-ATS)
- Parts: Will be copied over as Staged Parts, from your site's default receiving location.
Some things do NOT come over from the original:
- Skillsets
- Equipment
Of course, once the Job Plan is copied to your site, you can change anything you like to make it work best for you.
