This Article will cover the steps to cancel all the PMs on a contract line. Each contract line is associated with an Asset ID/piece of equipment.
1. From the PM Plans home screen select the Table Filters icon.
2. Under Asset ID search the specific equipment. In this example we are narrowing our search to the asset VAM-1016.
3. Select Apply.
4. Here you can see there are 26 PMs associated to it.
5. To cancel or INACTIVATE the asset PMs, select the check box of each line. If the line is grayed out already that means that PM is already inactive.
6. Select the INACTIVATE button.
7. Confirm the inactivation by selecting the Yes button of the confirmation pop-up.
8. Those lines are now grayed out and will NOT regenerate.
