Frequently Asked Question re: Job Plans in the Planner Portal
Be sure you are in the Planner Scheduler Portal, under Planning, and with the Job Plans view active.
Click on the Double Box Plus Sign Icon that is on the left hand side just above Job Plan ID in the grid. When you hover over this you will see it says Copy Job Plans.
This will take you to the Copy Job Plan screen. It takes a few minutes to load as it is pulling back all job plans for the company.
Click on the funnel to use the filters to narrow your selection.
Click the checkbox in front of the Job Plan ID for any that you want to copy and click the Add button to copy them to the right-hand side of the screen.
If you have multiple pages of results, you must add the selected Job Plans for each page before moving on to the next page.
Once finished, click the Copy as Site Job Plan button in the upper right.
- Confirmation messages will show.
- A pop-up box tells you the new Job Plan number.
