1. In the work module, go to the All Tasks drop-down.
2. Select the Table Filters icon.
3. Under Task Type select 'equals' and enter FM.
4. Select Apply.
5. All the sites FMs will be populated in the grid.
All of your Follow-Up Maintenance tasks will be displayed, regardless of status. At this point, you can export to Excel, or use additional filters until you get the desired results.
