Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. To get to the icon screen of a Work Order, first select either the OPEN WO or the Work Orders button from the home screen.
2. Find and select a Work Order.
This will bring the user to the icon screen for the WORK ORDER. With the exception of the SUMMARY icon, all these icons will go to a list of TASK(S) that are in the selected Work Order. Then that icons information will be visible.
3. Summary - will display all information about the Work Order and will also have a button to take the user to the task(s) within the Work Order.
If the Work Order has a Regulatory Task under it a golden icon or banner will be present.
4. The rest of the icons will take the user to the same TASK(S) list of that work order. Once the task is selected the user will be directed to the area where the selected icons information can be seen ONLY. Work will only be enter at the TASK LEVEL.
