Frequently Asked Question re: Job Plans in the Planner Portal
Any task that has a Job Plan associated with it can have feedback left by technicians. Feedback can be specific to a step, or can be on the job plan overall.
As you are completing the work, be aware of any changes that may need to be made.
There are two places where you can add feedback: 1- from the Megaphone icon next to the Print icon on the Task and 2- In the Steps.
Step Specific Feedback.
In the Steps screen, click on the Plus sign at the end of the row to add notes.
This enters feedback on that specific step. If you wanted to leave generic feedback, simply slide the Toggle to the left.
Enter your comment and click SAVE.

You can also leave feedback by clicking on the megaphone. You can leave a rating for the PM, or just leave a comment. Of course, you must click SAVE when done.

The Feedback shows up in the Notes section as well as in the Planner Portal for the P/S to make the changes to the Job Plan if necessary.
