Spirit: What happens if the Part requested does NOT Exist in EFP?

There may be times when you do not have a corresponding ATS/MAXIMO part number for what you are trying to order.  

In this case, you are basically creating a part requisition the same as always, but instead of using an ATS part number, you will use "NEW PART" as the Part ID, and entering the MAXIMO Part number in the EFP Notes field on the Line.
