There is a Training Site for the Customer Module that allows you to practice transactions without impacting your real metrics.
It is best to access the Customer Training Site through an In-private, Incognito, or Private Window on your browser to lessen the chance of running into difficulties from the Browser remembering your organizational credentials.
IE is no longer a supported browser.
1. For Google Chrome, right-click on the logo. Choose New Incognito Window from the Menu.
2. You'll see notification that you've gone incognito.
Just type in the Customer Training Site URL: https:\\work.efactorypro.com
This will bring you to the sign-in page.
3. Initial Login = 493
4. Password = Peoria
5. Click Continue
6. You are now logged into the Training Site for the Customer Portal.
Feel free to practice any and all transactions.
7. To log out of the practice site, left click on the icon in the upper right corner and select Log Out.

2. Enter the address for the Customer Training Site: https:\\work.efactorypro.com
