Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

This article will take you through the steps of adding a customer note to a task in EFP.

Adding a Note can only be done at the Task level. So the user can either select the Work Order in the upper panel and then select the Task link in the lower panel, or select the Tasks button and navigate to the specific task in the upper panel.

1. Highlight the line to load the task.

2. Be sure you are on the Task vs. the Work Order.

3. Click on the Notes badge from the task panel display.

4. Select + Add Note.

5. A popup box will appear.

6. Select the type of line code (default will be Repair).

7. Enter the Note information.

8. Select Save.

9. The Note has now been added.

10. Click on the three vertical dots at the end of the line to Edit or Delete this note.
