2.11 Alerts in the Equipment Status Monitor (ESM) - Customer Work Module

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

This article will show you the various alerts in the ESM and what they mean.

In the ESM tile view only one icon will be visible. If a machine has a work order associated to it that is safety related (orange cone) that will be the icon that will take priority on the tile. The rest will go chronological order:

  • Due with in 6 days (green)
  • Regulatory (orange gavel)
  • Due Today PM (yellow)
  • Over Due PM (red)
  • Waiting On Materials (White)

1. Here is what each alert will look like.

2. When the tile in the ESM is selected the alerts can be seen on the ride side of the screen.

3. The number of alerts associated to that piece of equipment will be displayed via a number badge over the word ALERT.
