1.7 As a Customer, how can I export a list of my open work orders?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

Because EFP keeps track of the person requesting the work, even when a "generic" login is used, it is possible to filter a list of open work orders created by you and export them if needed.

1. In the Navigation Pane of the Work Module, go to the Work Order view.

2. Open Work Orders is the default. Click on the funnel icon to bring up the filters.

3. In the Requestor field, change to Ends With and then enter the last name of the the name you want to sort by.

In our example, it is Bob Martin is the Requestor.  The search also contains an "Equals" but the results are combining the First Name and Last Name field -- so if you use equal, you will see results that include all first names of Bob and first names of Martin as well.

4. Click Apply.

5. The results populate below.

6. Click on the Download/Export button

7. Depending on your browser, the file shows up in your download folder.

8. The file exports exactly what was on the grid (including headers).  From here, you can follow up.

It opens in protected view for your security when editing.
