2.10 How can I get to a Task or Work Order that is causing downtime from the ESM? - Customer Work Module

1. From the Status Monitor, select a piece of Down/Reduced equipment.

The default view in this panel will be Details.

  • If there is more than one work order associated to the selected piece of equipment, it will also display in this view.  
  • More than one listing means you most likely have an overlapping malfunction.  THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP IMMEDIATELY.
  • If the task gets completed/closed with an overlapping malfunction, the site will be charged double downtime for any overlap.
  • How do I correct overlapping Malfunction times?

4. By clicking either link, a new window will pop up with the Tech Portal displaying your selection in the lower panel.
