Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

This article will take you through seeing everything that has been done to a piece of Equipment.

1. From the Navigation Pane of the Work Module, select Equipment.

2. Use the funnel icon to bring up the filters if needed.

Be sure to hit Apply to execute the search.

3. Click on a line to load the equipment in the lower panel.

4. Select the Work Orders icon in the lower panel.

The list shows the number of Work Orders that have been put against that piece of equipment regardless of status. The default view will be newest Work Orders at the top and oldest at the bottom. This can be switched by selecting the ascending/descending arrow in the WO ID column.

If you want to export the grid with all the work orders/tasks you can use the Download Export button.

5. To view a specific Work Order from the list, click on the work order ID.

6. This will open another window with the Work Orders view and populate the lower panel with the selected Work Order.

7. This can also be done at the task level by selecting the TASKS icon. Follow the same instructions as above.

8. If you want to see all of the related Work Orders and Tasks for a specific piece of equipment, you can simply choose the "View More" button from either the Work Order or Task Badge.
