Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

This report runs on the Power BI server which means it is only refreshed overnight.  You will not be able to see data from the current day on this report.

The Shift Turnover Report is a very useful report for getting information re: what happened at your site. This report can be customized in a number of different ways depending on your needs.  This report should not be run from the CLIENT -- it gives you a much more restrictive date range.

As always, you should run the  report from the ATS Internet Reporting Server and NOT from the CLIENT.  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports  Accessing reports through the EFP CLIENT may not give you access to all the fields visible in the web version.  Additionally, when you run reports through the CLIENT, you impact the performance of the system.  Running the report through the Internet has little impact to system performance.

If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server:  https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports.  You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.

1. From the Navigation Pane of the Work Module, click Links and then select Reports.

If you prefer, you can type the address directly into your Internet Browser:  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/browse/

2. This brings you to the ATS Reporting Server's home page.

3. Click on the ATS_FMS_Reports Folder.  A large list of reports loads.

4. Click on the Shift Turnover Report.

5. If you want to mark this report as a Favorite, either click on the three dots above the name or right click on the name and click on the Star next to Add to Favorites.

6. The Report Parameters load.

  • By default, the dates are pre-populated to pull a month of data prior to today.
  • Date Ranges available are 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
  • You must change the TASK CREATED FROM date to your desired Start date, and then select the desired end date range from the pre-populated dates.
  • If you want to see a year's worth of data for a specific asset or Work Order ID, you would need to run the report multiple times, covering different date ranges.

7. The report will start to load throughout the process.   You can simply hit Cancel to stop this process until you have all the criteria entered and are ready to press View Report.

8. Uncheck the Null box and use the calendar or simply type the date to enter Monday of the prior week in the COMPLIANCE FINISH FROM field.  No need to enter a time.

9. Enter Sunday of this week in the COMPLIANCE FINISH TO field.

  • All Metrics run Monday through Sunday.
  • Your Compliance Finish FROM Date would be Monday of the prior week starting at 12:00 am.
  • Your Compliance Finish TO Date would be the Sunday of this week ending at 11:59 pm.

10. You cannot eliminate the Task Creation Date Range.  If you enter a three-month date range, you should easily be able to include all PMs that have generated.

This will return Multiple Selections.

11. Type MPRO in the Work Order Type field.

12. Enter your four-digit site number.

13. Press View Report.

14. You will know the report is processing correctly when you see the bar populate below the report criteria.

15. To Export the data, click on the floppy disc icon and choose the desired format.

The Technician field will show data from the whoever the Task was assigned to in the Daily Scheduling function of the Planner Portal.
