Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.
The Task Template Report allows you to see and print all the steps in a Job Plan/Task Template. This is especially helpful if you have made a change to a Task Template and it has not taken effect on a PM yet. It can also be used to print out all Task Templates that are marked with a Task Activity Subtype (like OPM) or for a particular team.
1. Go to the ATS Reporting Server.

This can be accessed by typing https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports into your browser or by navigating to the Links menu on the Work Module and choosing Reports from the drop-down menu.
If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server: https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports. You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.

2. The Reporting Server loads.
3. Click on Sts_Fms_Reports.

5. The criteria options load.
The only MANDATORY field is the Team ID.
In this case, we are going to run the report for Task Template 1022 for Team 0595-ATS.
6. Enter the Job Plan/Task Template ID.
7. Enter the Team ID.
8. Click View Report.
9. You will know that the report is building properly when the bottom bar under the criteria appears.
