Is there a report that shows me Inventory Parts on hand that are not associated with Equipment?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

Supply Chain Specialists need the ability to get the detailed data for any stock that is not associated with a BOM at the site level.

Stock would be defined as any Stock with QOH > 0, or Target Min > 0 and excluding anything in the Workorder or Location Bins.

The easiest way to access the report is from the ATS Reporting Server.

2. Click on Reports from the drop-down menu.

3. The ATS Reporting Server loads. Click on the ATS_FMS_Reports folder.

4. Find the report tile.

5. If this is a report that you are going to run on a regular basis, you may want to add it to your favorites. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then click the star to Add to Favorites.

6. If you only have access to one site, the report will automatically generate with that data. If you have visibility to more than one site, enter the site you wish to view.

7. Click View Report.

8. You will know that the report is building successfully if the bar below the parameter loads.

9. The Report will load.

10. If you want to export it to Excel, click on the floppy disc icon and choose Excel from the drop-down list.

The following fields are displayed:

  • Site Number
  • Site Name
  • Part ID
  • Mfr. P/N
  • Mfr. Name
  • Part Description
  • Location
  • Target Min / Max
  • Bin ID
  • Quantity On Hand
  • Extended Cost
