Most Sites run the Simple Inventory Status Report at least once a month at either the very end or the very beginning of the month. This report gives you a snapshot of the value of your Inventory at a point in time and is one of the reports that is used in the calculation of your GEAC Month-end reporting.
The Simple Inventory Status Report contains all the information you need at a site level. This is the report you should be running vs. the Inventory Status Report which is used by the Supply Chain Support and Purchasing Teams.
1. In the address bar of your browser, type this URL: https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/
If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server: https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports. You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.
2. The SQL Server will load. Click on the Browse tab if you don't have the Simple Inventory Status Report added to your Favorites Menu.
3. Click on the ATS FMS REPORTS folder.
4. Choose Simple Inventory Stat Report from the list of populated reports.
5. Enter the criteria to run the report.
The only Required Criteria is your four-digit site number. If you leave everything else as is, the report will run for both locations, simple view = Yes and zero quantities suppressed.
6. Click View Report.
7. The Report loads.
8. Click on the floppy disk icon to export and choose the desired file format.
