PM List: How can I see which Job Plans (Task Templates) are associated with each Machine or Sub-Location?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

This report runs on the Power BI server which means it is only refreshed overnight.  You will not be able to see data from the current day on this report.

The PM List report will show all Job Plans (Task Templates) and their frequency that have been assigned to every piece of equipment in the system. For the best results, please run the PM list from the ATS Reporting Server in the Portal.

This report runs according to the eFACTORYPRO Equipment number, but can be exported to Excel, where a V-Lookup can be used with the Equipment List to bring in the Asset ID.

1. Open the Navigation Pane of the Work Module and go to Links.

2. Choose Reports.

If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server:  https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports.  You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.
