The difference between the Work Order Print and the Work Order Report is that the Work Order Report gives you the ability to Print out by date range, by Sub-Type, by team, etc.
If your site uses Operator Performed Maintenance, the Planner/Scheduler will print out the OPMs and give them to the Team Lead. Once the work is completed, the sheets are returned to the P/S so that the Tasks/Work Orders can be completed and closed.
For proper set up of a Customer Performed PM, the Job Plan must be marked with the OPM checkbox and a separate team for customers should be created and used.
1. From the main menu in the Work Module, click on the Links drop-down and choose Reports.
2. This takes you to the ATS Reporting server.
3. Click on the ATS_FMS_REPORTS folder.
4. Choose Work Order Report from the list below.
5. If you want to add this report to your favorites, click the three dots at the upper right of the tile and click the star to add to favorites.
6. The report loads.
- By default, the dates are pre-populated to pull a month's worth of data, ending at the current date and time.
- You don't want to run this report wide open (without a date range that limits the data that is returned) as it puts a lot of strain on the report server.
- You must have a Task Created Range for the report to run.
- You will always adjust the Task Created FROM Date to the Start of your date range and then adjust the Task Created TO Date to one of the pre-populated options. You can choose one day, one week, two weeks, one month, two months, three months, or six months.
- To see an entire day's worth of data, enter the date only without a time.
7. Enter the your Task Created From Date. (Remember if you're printing OPMs, the PM Generator prints 28 days in advance, so you may want to use a 2 month date range to ensure you are picking up all the generated PMs.)
8. Choose the appropriate Task Created TO Date option from the drop-down.
9. Enter your four digit site number.
10. Choose MPRO from the Work Order Type drop-down.
11. Enter the beginning of your date range in the "Compliance Finish From" field.
12. Enter the end of your date range in the "Compliance Finish From To" field.
This is critical to ensure that all the data pulls correctly inside the report.
13. Enter the Team ID associated with your customer.
If you have more than one customer team, you can either run the report multiple times for each team, or you can combine teams by putting the pipe key "|" in between the team names.
14. Print in Color is checked by default.
15. Ensure that the box is checked for OPM.
16. Click View Report.
17. A loading message appears.
18. You will know that the Report is processing properly once the bar below the parameters generates.
19. If you want to Export the file, click the Floppy Disc Icon and choose the file format.
The Technician field on this report will only show data before 9/7/2021. After that date, the field will be blank. This change was made to accommodate the skillset functionality contained in the Scheduling process of the Planner Portal.
