This training will show you how to request eFactoryPro training courses.
In most cases, we set up courses and curriculum in Cornerstone, automatically assigning them to users on their 5th day post-hire. To assign coursework for employee development, you can search for it in Cornerstone, request it, and it will be assigned. Below are instructions for assigning the Planner Portal Curriculum.
There are a number of ways to access Cornerstone. Please use whichever is easiest for you.
- You can go to the ATS Home Hub SharePoint Site: Home Hub - Home (sharepoint.com) and scroll down to the Quick links at the bottom and choose Cornerstone training system.
- You can log into Workday, and from the home page choose "Learning" from the Applications menu on the right.
- You can go to the Training SharePoint Site Training - Home (sharepoint.com) and click on Cornerstone.
1. Login to Cornerstone using your credentials.
2. In the search bar, enter EFP Planner, or whatever course you are looking for, and click on the magnifying glass to search.
If you wanted to see all eFACTORYPRO related content, you could search using "EFP" and all the available criteria would be returned. Most content is available in both English and Spanish, so you would see both.
3. A new screen populates with the results.
4. Click on the EFP for Planner/Schedulers Curriculum.
5. Details about the curriculum loads.
6. Click the Request button to request to be enrolled in the training.
7. The status is updated to Pending Approval.
Content access requires registration in another program, which is why the status shows as Pending Approval. Approval goes to the IT Training Team Lead, not your manager.
8. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email from Cornerstone confirming your enrollment.
9. Click View on the transcript area of your homepage.
The curriculum will now show up in your Cornerstone transcript.
10. Click Open Curriculum to start launching the course.
